After graduating from the University of Louisiana in Lafayette, Keith Poimboeuf has 50 years of experience in Louisiana, Georgia, Florida and now in Puerto Rico for 16 years in the Real Estate business between brokerage, land development and vertical construction both renovations and new construction, commercial and residential. Living in Puerto Rico since 2009 while consulting and brokerage in Georgia and Florida. Keith has assembled a team of both local and stateside engineers, tax credit specialist, interior architecture and structural design as well as electrical and mechanical engineers in Puerto Rico with a concentration in green insulated designs for low power consumption for off grid development to conserve captured rainwater and power. The most recent system we are perfecting is a fortified gold concrete wall system with R 40 insulation and a skin that collects energy to store in the building battery.

He has also built numerous subdivisions and site development works in South Central Louisiana. While working as the president and chief operations officer of Camel Construction firm, he completed hundreds of projects from Houston to Destin, Florida. Guy has held licenses in highway, street & bridge, building & heavy construction, railroad and ACI certifications.
Basillio Davila “Attorney” received his Master’s degree in Taxation from New York University and returned to San Juan, Puerto Rico, where he became Partner of one of the leading Law Firms on the Island practicing tax and business law for 15 years. During the following 25 years Mr. Dávila has dedicated his efforts to the acquisition, reconstruction and refurbishing of distressed office and commercial buildings and the development of high end residential real estate projects. In 2007, Mr. Dávila acquired Hato Rey Uno LLC and Hato Rey Dos LLC, acquired and leased back the Santander Bank Office Tower as well as their Communications and Computer Buildings in Hato Rey. Mr. Dávila is involved in the proposed development and financing of a Power plant and LNG storage Project in Guayama Puerto Rico to be built on land owned by such affiliate. The financing of such development includes eligible Q 45 tax credits on this investment which have been approved by the Treasury Department
